Rosacea

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that causes persistent facial redness, flushing, visible blood vessels and sometimes acne like bumps, most often across the cheeks, nose and chin. Triggers vary between people and can include heat, sun, alcohol, spicy food and stress.

There is no single cure, but prescription creams, oral medicines and trigger management can control symptoms well. A telehealth skin consultation with photos allows assessment and a treatment plan without waiting months for an in person dermatology appointment.
